Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse with Azzur Workforce Solutions, you'll provide direct, compassionate patient care at trusted partner facilities across Southern California. We place RNs in full-time and per diem positions at acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and specialty clinics - matching your credentials, experience level, and schedule preferences to the right environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and established protocols
• Monitor vital signs, track patient progress, and document changes accurately
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and discharge plans
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Respond to patient emergencies and escalate as needed per facility protocols

Requirements

• Active California RN license - required
• Current BLS/CPR certification - required
• 1+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred (new grad positions available at select facilities)
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work day, evening, or night shifts as assigned
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus for select facilities
