Certified Nursing Assistant

Role Overview
As a Certified Nursing Assistant with Azzur Workforce Solutions, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and residents at our trusted partner facilities across Los Angeles County. CNAs are the heartbeat of patient care — supporting daily routines, monitoring health status, and working alongside nurses to ensure every patient feels seen and cared for. We place CNAs in per diem and full-time roles at SNFs, LTACs, and memory care communities, matching your schedule and preferred settings to get you working quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
- Report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse promptly
- Assist with feeding, fluid intake, and positioning to prevent pressure injuries
- Provide emotional support and maintain dignity in all patient interactions
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment per facility infection control standards
- Document observations and care activities accurately in patient records
Requirements
- Active California CNA certification — required
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Prior experience in SNF, LTAC, or memory care setting preferred
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to lift and assist patients safely (up to 50 lbs with proper technique)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus at many partner facilities
