4. Client and Employer Disclaimer

By submitting a staffing request, employers and client facilities authorize Azzur Workforce Solutions to contact them to discuss their staffing needs. Submission of a staffing request does not create a binding contract or guarantee placement.

Azzur Workforce Solutions serves as a staffing intermediary. We do not exercise supervisory control over placed professionals once they are on assignment unless specifically agreed in writing. Employers and client facilities remain responsible for the day-to-day supervision, safety protocols, and workplace compliance applicable to their facilities.

Separate agreements govern any staffing arrangements entered into with Azzur Workforce Solutions. The specific terms, fees, and obligations applicable to employer engagements are set forth in written service agreements executed between the parties.

5. Applicant Submissions

By submitting an application, resume, or other information through our Site, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You grant Azzur Workforce Solutions permission to store, review, and share your application materials with potential employer clients for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy for open positions.
