Role Overview

Azzur Workforce Solutions supports caregiver-related staffing through candidate matching, recruitment support, and placement coordination. Caregiver opportunities across Los Angeles County may vary based on client needs, applicable law, licensing requirements, and the specific role requested. This role is for people who are patient, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about making a difference. We match candidates to roles based on experience, qualifications, and availability. Part-time, full-time, and contract positions available.

Caregiver-related staffing support is limited to recruitment, candidate matching, and placement coordination. Azzur Workforce Solutions does not provide medical care, home health services, care plans, caregiver supervision, or licensed home care services unless separately licensed and disclosed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide client support within the scope of the placement, as defined by client and role requirements
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition support, as permitted within the placement scope
• Support client mobility and safe movement as appropriate for the assigned role and setting
• Provide reminders and communicate observations to appropriate contacts, per placement guidelines
• Assist with light household tasks and errands as appropriate and requested
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Accompany clients to appointments and community activities as needed

Requirements

• Prior caregiving, personal care, or CNA experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation (for most positions)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality — this is a people-first role
• Ability to lift and assist clients safely (up to 50 lbs with proper technique)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus at many client households

Placement Settings

Caregiver staffing opportunities may include positions at residential care facilities, assisted living communities, and other approved settings throughout Los Angeles County. Specific placements depend on client needs, applicable requirements, and role availability.
